About Joel

Joel made the big move to Canada in 2015 to begin his path to achieving his goals for higher education. Originally from India, Joel travelled to Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada to take the first step of his educational journey, which was followed by a number of different job and work opportunities. Joel worked in many sectors while in Ontario, including restaurants, automotive trades, retail services, and more. It was during this time that Joel really improved his customer service skills, communication, strong relationship building and problem-solving skills. 

Joel grew up being emersed in Real Estate back in India, with his father being a Realtor. Thus, Joel grew up seeing and learning many things about the industry, and over time it has become a passion of his. Once moving to PEI a few years ago, he saw a window of opportunity within the island’s real estate market, and decided it was time for him to put his skills and experience to the test! Joel loves PEI’s unique landscapes, beautiful beaches, and the Island’s one-of-a-kind culture displayed in various tourism attractions. His favourite place on PEI is Green Gables, located in Cavendish-which is also a very popular tourist destination! Along with the Island’s special culture, comes its heart that is seen through the vast diversity of the people; Joel is a very active member of the community and is keen on meeting new people, new experiences and learning new traditions within the many cultures on PEI. Joel is ready to help you find your key to happiness, whether coming to or leaving PEI, he cannot wait to  accompany you on your journey!
