Patty Castle has called Prince Edward Island home since 2009 and has been a licensed PEI REALTOR® since 2010. She began her real estate career with Century 21, later joining EXIT Realty PEI, where she quickly established herself as a trusted and top-performing agent.

Before entering real estate, Patty spent 12 years working as a nurse, living and travelling across Canada. Her deep sense of compassion, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to others carried seamlessly into her work in real estate. From her earliest days in the industry, she has built her business on integrity, professionalism, and care.

Patty became the first female REALTOR® on PEI to reach a personal inventory of 100 listings—an achievement that reflects her unwavering commitment to her clients and her drive for excellence. Over the years, her reputation has grown through consistent results, client trust, and her passion for delivering exceptional service.

Patty has completed advanced training with top real estate organizations and coaches across Canada and the United States, continuously investing in her growth. This commitment to education adds real value to her clients and strengthens the support and leadership she provides to her team.

On January 9, 2019, Patty launched Powerhouse Realty PEI Inc., built on her belief that real estate should be professional, personal, and empowering.
