With over 40 years in the service industry, Judy  brings a lifetime of experience working with people and building trusted relationships. Her background includes owning and operating pubs and restaurants in downtown Toronto, developing daycares, and eventually returning home to Prince Edward Island to co-found Homeway Builders PEI. Today, she helps create thoughtfully designed, energy-efficient homes in partnership with Efficiency PEI, offering quality craftsmanship and great value.

Judy also owns a property management company PEI Red Dunes Rentals and Property Mgmt and works closely with multiple investors, giving her a clear, hands-on understanding of the market from every angle. Whether you’re buying your first home, building new, selling, considering real estate as an investment or looking for a great exit strategy she’s there to guide you with honesty and care.
